After I made the decision to work with Unity full time I got hired to Pix VR as the lead VR programmer. The goal of the company was not less than to build a creator software for industrial companies to build their own VR trainings with. As the lead developer I was in charge of making high level decisions, designing systems, planning software architecture as well as conducting technical interviews with candidates.
